Pick a scene to jump to it. Each one links to the part of this page it comes from.
Demo shops on Etsy, eBay, Amazon and Shopify, 133 orders. Not tax or accounting advice.
Context

What it does
Drag Etsy, eBay, Amazon and Shopify payment CSVs into a Mac app and see true profit per order, per SKU and per channel — computed on the machine, with no account and no network call. The same CSV adapters as the web version, running locally.

Who it is for
Solo sellers, mostly people coming from the web version, who at month-end want to process payment files entirely offline and pay once instead of adding another subscription.
Any AI here runs locally through Ollama, or not at all. The point of a local-first app is that the data stays on the machine, and an API call would undo that.
Pricing
$59.99, one time, through the Mac App Store.
One of ten
TrueMargin Desktop is one of ten small products I am building in public. Eight of them share a common core and one visual language, so an improvement made for one reaches the others.
Every number follows the same rules across the money products: an unknown value shows as —, never 0, and dates spell out the month, because 01/02/2026 is two different days to a US merchant and a UK one.
Where it stands
As of 11 October 2026: In development, following behind the web version of TrueMargin. 32 of 48 build tasks done. Not launched.
