Context

What it does
Capture photo and video with the timestamp and geotag burned into the frame at the moment an order is packed or a guest checks in or out, attached to the order or booking reference, and assembled into an evidence packet when it is needed.
One app, two names depending on who is holding it: ShipProof for marketplace sellers, GuestProof for short-term rental hosts.

Who it is for
eBay, Etsy and Shopify sellers dealing with “it arrived damaged” and “I never received it”, and Airbnb and Vrbo hosts dealing with damage disputes.
What it will never claim
Same rule as the disputes app: the pitch is organise the evidence and follow the playbook. Never win.
An honest risk
Six zero-rating clones of this idea appeared in eight weeks. That is a real signal that the bar to entry is low, and I am treating it as one rather than ignoring it.
Pricing
Free, with Pro at $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year.
One of ten
EvidenceVault is one of ten small products I am building in public. Eight of them share a common core and one visual language, so an improvement made for one reaches the others.
Where it stands
As of 11 October 2026: In development and not launched. 36 of 49 build tasks done. Not on the App Store yet.
