Context

What it does
Settled Disputes gathers the evidence for a Shopify Payments chargeback — tracking, fulfilment, the delivery timeline, packing photos, customer messages from outside the platform, and a snapshot of the refund policy as it stood on the order date — and assembles it into a single PDF that a person reviews before anything is submitted, sized to fit inside Shopify’s upload limits.

Who it is for
Shopify merchants losing chargebacks not because they were wrong, but because assembling the evidence inside the deadline is tedious and easy to get wrong.
What it will never claim
The pitch is organise the evidence. Never win the dispute. Nobody can promise an outcome that a card network decides, and a product that implies otherwise is selling a lie.
Where a product uses AI, it runs on the customer’s own API key — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or OpenRouter — and the model is theirs to pick. My key never touches customer data.
Pricing
$29 / $79 per month, flat.
One of ten
Settled Disputes is one of ten small products I am building in public. Eight of them share a common core and one visual language, so an improvement made for one reaches the others.
Every number follows the same rules across the money products: an unknown value shows as —, never 0, and dates spell out the month, because 01/02/2026 is two different days to a US merchant and a UK one.
Where it stands
As of 11 October 2026: In development and not launched. 44 of 56 build tasks done.
